Stenhousemuir vs Stranraer preview - Booth without Smith

Stenhousemuir will look to defeat Stranraer and secure back-to-back wins for the first time this season minus the services of injured goalkeeper Chris Smith (knee) and midfielder Bryan Hodge (shoulder).
Manager Scott Booth said: "It was great to get winning again and to defeat a strong side like Morton made it all the more enjoyable. We looked like a team that were really hungry for a win and that was terrific.
"We need a similar approach to defeat a Stranraer side that will have been boosted by winning against Stirling Albion last Saturday. We are at home and I want us to use that advantage to good effect."
Stranraer winger Willie Gibson has suffered a calf injury and joins Scott Robertson (knee) and Steven Bell (ankle) in missing out.
The Blues defeated Stirling 2-0 last weekend and manager Stephen Aitken is keen to use the same recipe.
"We won that game by starting really fast and getting two goals ahead early on," he explained. "Stirling changed things around as they looked to get back into things by putting another attacker on and we are happy to soak things up and hit on the break.
"A similar win against a Stenhousemuir side who will have taken a real boost after defeating Morton last weekend would be really welcome."
