Leeds United vs Sheffield Wed. preview - Adryan set for Whites bow?

Leeds head coach Darko Milanic will include Adryan in his squad for the Yorkshire derby against Sheffield Wednesday and could hand the Brazilian midfielder his debut.

Adryan, on a season-long loan from Brazilian side Flamengo, was an unused substitute on three occasions under caretaker boss Neil Redfearn, but has yet to be included in the squad by Milanic.

Milanic, chasing his first win in his third game in charge, must decide whether to recall Stephen Warnock to the starting line-up or retain Liam Cooper at left-back.

Defender Gaetano Berardi returns to contention after sitting out a two-match ban, while striker Billy Sharp and midfield pair Rudy Austin and Luke Murphy are hoping to return to the starting line-up.

Sheffield Wednesday defender Tom Lees is expected to overcome a hamstring injury in time to face his former club.

The centre-half, for whom the Owls paid an undisclosed fee to Leeds in June, has missed the last two games but returned to full training this week along with Kieran Lee and Sam Hutchinson.

Lees' inclusion could be timely as Kamil Zayatte was forced out of the midweek draw against Ipswich with a similar problem. Claude Dielna will continue alongside skipper Glenn Loovens in central defence if both players fail to make it.

Gray could be handed another double boost as midfield pair Hutchinson (back) and Lee (groin) are poised for comebacks following long-term injury.
