Coventry vs Crawley Town preview

Coventry midfielder Danny Swanson misses the clash with Crawley after being ruled out for a month, but he does not need an operation on his knee.

Shaun Miller is also sidelined for Coventry after calf and ankle problems but Frank Nouble (groin) and Lee Burge (thigh) are fit.

Coventry boss Steven Pressley has been charged by the FA with misconducted after his comments before their 2-0 defeat to Preston and has until Monday to answer.

He had urged referee Tim Robinson to keep a close eye on Preston striker Joe Garner, who he felt goes to ground easily.

John Gregory could name an unchanged side as Crawley look to build on their 2-0 win over Yeovil last weekend.

Town boss Gregory was able to welcome back skipper Josh Simpson (ankle) and right-back Lanre Oyebanjo (thigh) from injury lay-offs and both came through unscathed.

Recent signing Marvin Elliott is certain to keep his place after scoring both goals against the Glovers on only his second appearance.

Ryan Dickson is now Crawley's only injury absentee and he faces six weeks out with a knee problem, so Mat Sadler continues at left-back.
