Guingamp 2 : 0 PAOK Saloniki - Marveaux at the double

Sylvain Marveaux scored twice in three minutes to hand Guingamp victory in their Europa League Group K match against visiting PAOK Salonika.
Marveaux had not scored in nine appearances this season but was the difference between the sides as he followed his 47th-minute opener with a precision free-kick to secure a 2-0 success.
It was a comedown for PAOK following their 6-1 win over Dinamo Minsk on matchday one, with the victors roused from their own 3-0 defeat by Fiorentina.
The first half was entertaining but goalless, with the hosts doing their best to get on the front foot.
After Razvan Rat volleyed wide of their goal in the eighth minute, Guingamp poured forward, though Ronnie Schwartz failed on three separate occasions to find a suitable finish when the chance presented itself.
He completed an unwanted hat-trick in having a weak shot saved, slotting another wide and then lifting over the top.
Marveaux was closer to making the breakthrough when his left-footed effort struck the crossbar and Jeremy Pied's sweetly-struck attempted required a smart save from Panagiotis Glykos.
Marveaux finally put his side in front just after the break when Schwarz's lobbed effort was parried by Glykos into his path.
The Greek side had scarcely processed that goal when Miguel Vitor's foul allowed Marveaux the chance to try his luck from a free-kick.
He duly bent it into the net left-footed to double the lead and his season's tally.
PAOK were never too close to worrying the hosts thereafter, though Jonas Lossl needed to be at his best to keep out Stefanos Athanasiadis' 86th-minute volley.
