Torino vs Hellas Verona preview - Torino look to get off mark

Torino coach Giampiero Ventura will be hoping his forwards can finally find their scoring boots ahead of Sunday's clash with Hellas Verona and bring home a first win of the season.
Torino are coming off a strong 2013-14 season which saw them finish in the top six, but their main goalscorers from that team have moved on, with Ciro Immobile and Alessio Cerci having joined Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid, respectively.
And without them Toro have yet to score this season, although they have twice managed goalless draws, including at Club Brugge in the Europa League in midweek.
Ventura said of the European match: "We didn't take advantage of 20 crosses. The team was perhaps too focused on not conceding.
"Nevertheless, this was a good result for us."
Torino also drew 0-0 in their opening Serie A game against Inter Milan but last weekend they fell 2-0 at Sampdoria.
"We will suffer if we don't show the right fighting spirit in every game," Ventura said. "Against Sampdoria we could have done a lot more but we lacked the determination and hunger."
Hellas, meanwhile, are looking to build some winning momentum.
The Verona outfit followed their goalless result at Atalanta with a 2-1 triumph over Palermo last time out.
Hellas coach Andrea Mandorlini was satisfied with last weekend's outcome but is aware his team still has a lot of room for improvement.
"We didn't play a good game against Palermo," Mandorlini said. "I am convinced we can do a lot better.
"The only good thing is that we made the most of our chances and we deserved to take three points."
Hellas travel to Turin at full strength after midfielder Jacopo Sala recovered from an ankle injury.
Marcelo Larrondo is set to be chosen ahead of Paulo Barreto to partner Fabio Quagliarella in Toro's attack.
