Falkirk 1 : 1 Dumbarton - Kane able to earn Sons a point

A late Chris Kane goal earned Dumbarton a point in a 1-1 draw with Falkirk in the Scottish Championship.
The hosts took the lead after just five minutes when midfielder Craig Sibbald headed home after connecting with Tom Taiwo's chipped cross.
Falkirk almost made it two on the half-hour after Rory Loy teed-up Joe Shaughnessy but his effort came crashing off the crossbar.
Blair Alston broke clear for the hosts midway through the second period but his cross just evaded the outstretched David Smith in the area.
Goalkeeper Jamie McDonald pulled off a great one-handed save to deny Kane in the second half but McDonald could not prevent the striker tapping home from close range in stoppage-time.
