Millwall vs Nottingham Forest preview - Millwall missing Martin
Posted Friday, September 19, 2014 by PA
Millwall will again be without winger Lee Martin when they host leaders Nottingham Forest.
Martin suffered a knee ligament injury in training last week which could keep him out until November.
Striker Lee Gregory also looks set to miss out with a hip injury while midfielder Nicky Bailey (calf) and young defender Sid Nelson (foot) remain on the sidelines.
Winger Angel Martinez is still awaiting his debut having signed on a free transfer a fortnight ago, while defender Byron Webster will be sweating on his place having been hauled off after 26 minutes of the midweek defeat at Reading.
Midfielder Ed Upson made his first appearance of the season as a substitute at the weekend after a hamstring injury and should be involved again.
Forest boss Stuart Pearce has injury problems ahead of the trip to London.
Striker Matty Fryatt and central defender Jack Hobbs were among four players to miss the thrilling 5-3 win over Fulham in midweek. Fryatt will have his groin problem assessed while Hobbs has an issue with his ankle/foot.
Andy Reid was also absent against the Cottagers and the midfielder is likely to remain on the sidelines with the groin injury he sustained during the draw with Derby last weekend.
Captain Chris Cohen is facing another lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a third cruciate knee ligament injury of his career against the Rams.
