Inter Milan defender Marco Andreolli has warned his team against complacency after their impressive win over Sassuolo.

The Italians travel to Ukraine to face Dnipro in Thursday's Europa League Group F opener on the back of Sunday's 7-0 demolition of Sassuolo.

The win at the San Siro was Inter's first in Serie A this season and kept the Nerazzurri unbeaten heading into the encounter in Kiev's NSK Olimpiyskyi stadium.

"Of course such a result leaves you with a great feeling," Andreolli said to Gazzetta dello Sport. "But we cannot get carried away because on Thursday we want to start the Europa League on the right foot.

"The European competition is an important aim for us this season and we must keep our feet firmly on the ground.

"We expect a difficult test against Dnipro."

Thursday's match will mark Inter's 350th European game and the Nerazzurri will fancy their chances for they have yet to lose against Ukrainian opposition.

However, Inter will not take Dnipro lightly for Myron Markevich's side is riding a five-match unbeaten run at home in European competition.

Dnipro have yet to lose on the domestic front and lie second in the standings, one point adrift of league leaders Shakhtar Donetsk after six games played.

The hosts warmed up for their midweek encounter with Saturday's 5-2 triumph at Metalist Kharkhiv.

Portuguese midfielder Bruno Gama, who struck a hat-trick against Melalist, is confident his side can test Inter.

"We know we are playing against a very important side," he said to fcinternews.it. "It's going to be difficult but we can win.

"The important thing is that we show the same form that we have displayed in the (domestic) league."

The visitors are without defenders Yuto Nagatomo and Gary Medel, with the former out with an ankle injury and the latter suspended.

The good news for Inter coach Walter Mazzarri is that defender Nemanja Vidic will be available for selection having served a one-match ban against Sassuolo.

Dnipro will have all of their players available, with the exception of midfielder Ruslan Rotan, who is out with an ankle injury.
