Falkirk 1 : 1 Queen of South - Queens denied late on

An own goal by Chris Higgins seven minutes from time denied Queen of the South the chance to end a turbulent week on a high after a 1-1 draw at Falkirk.
The Doonhamers were this week rocked by the resignation of manager Jim McIntyre, who took over at Ross County.
Midfielder James Fowler was placed in charge for the game and saw Gavin Reilly - earlier denied by a fine save from Falkirk goalkeeper Jamie MacDonald - put his side in front with 20 minutes left.
But their hopes of victory were dashed late on when midfielder Higgins deflected Craig Sibbald's free-kick past Zander Clark.
