Cordoba C.F. vs Celta Vigo preview - Ferrer targets home success

Cordoba coach Albert Ferrer is hoping to tap into the feel-good factor as top-flight football arrives at Nuevo Arcangel Stadium.
Los Califas, who are back in the Primera Division after a 42-year absence following last season's unlikely play-off success, were beaten in their opening match at Real Madrid last weekend.
But a 2-0 loss to the illustrious 10-time European champions has hardly dampened enthusiasm at the Andalusian club and Ferrer is eagerly anticipating their first home match against Celta Vigo.
Ferrer, the former Chelsea defender, said at a press conference: "I see the team are well and eager, ready to compete in every game and hopefully we can win tomorrow.
"Euphoria is there, especially in the city, and the fans are going to help because they are positive.
"It will be a difficult year and tomorrow's game will not be easy but we will try to win, as we will in every game."
Celta will present a difficult test with the Galician outfit having opened their campaign with a 3-1 win over Getafe in new coach Eduardo Berizzo's first match.
The club lost Luis Enrique to Barcelona but are are now in their third season back in the top division and hoping to continue progress that saw them finish ninth last term.
Hopes are high that Argentinian Berizzo, a popular former Celta player, can take the club higher but he has warned against getting carried away.
He said: "It is very important to have dreams but only as long as there is firm basis for this dream, because we expect many difficult steps ahead."
