Milton Keynes Dons vs Coventry preview - Robinson waits on trio

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson will check on three players ahead of the visit of Coventry.

Victory at Chesterfield on Tuesday night came at a cost with goalkeeper David Martin and full-back Lee Hodson having to be substituted because of injury.

Danny Green missed the trip to Derbyshire with a hamstring problem and the winger will also be assessed.

Samir Carruthers' wait to make his first appearance for the Dons since making a permanent move to Milton Keynes will be prolonged as he is still nursing a thigh strain. However, it is hoped the midfielder will be available before the end of the month.

Coventry will be unchanged - as they start to plan their Ricoh Arena return.

The Sky Blues will go home next month after the club's dispute with the ground's owners, ACL, was settled on Thursday to end a year of playing in Northampton.

Boss Steven Pressley is expected to stick with an unchanged team following their 2-2 draw with Barnsley in midweek.

Simeon Jackson will start on the bench again after he made his debut as a substitute against the Tykes.
