LUIS SUAREZ has been turned into a pizza ahead of England's crunch World Cup clash with Uruguay.

Takeaway ordering service Just Eat have turned up the heat ahead of the game by creating a spicy South American-inspired portrait pizza.
The tasy snack features scotch bonnet chillies and spicy salami to match the Uruguayan star's notoriously fiery temper.
It will be available by special request from Toscana pizzeria in London.
Just Eat managing director Graham Corfield said: "After looking on from the sidelines on Saturday, we imagine Luis Suarez can't wait to sink his teeth into the action on Thursday night."
"As long as he doesn't take that too literally this time, we welcome him to the game and hope fans will enjoy the Suarez special."
