Enique goes for appendix surgery

Barcelona coach Luis Enrique has undergone surgery to treat "an acute case of appendicitis," the club has confirmed.
The former Barcelona midfielder, who succeeded Gerardo Martino as the club's coach at the end of last season, was taken to hospital in the Catalan town of Terrassa on Monday morning.
Barcelona explained in a statement that the surgery "was completed in a satisfactory manner", adding that Enrique will be discharged from hospital "in the next few days".
