Napoli set to hijack Inter Milan move for Tottenham flop

Napoli are ready to hijack Inter Milan's bid for Tottenham club-record signing Erik Lamela and hope to take him on loan next season.
Lamela, 22, suffered a nightmare first season in England where he only made three Premier League starts following his £30m move from Roma last summer.
The Argentine forward is desperate to get his career back on track and talkSPORT told you last week that Inter Milan were leading the chase to clinch his signature.
But Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport now claim that Napoli also want to sign Lamela and hope to land him on a season-long loan.
Tottenham's new head coach Mauricio Pochettino will have a big decision to make on Lamela's future when he meets up with the first-team squad next month and could allow him to make a move back to Serie A.
