SPOTTED: Cesc Fabregas is in London as a move to Arsenal or Manchester City edges closer

BARCELONA midfielder Cesc Fabregas has been spotted in London, sparking more rumours that the former Arsenal man is on his way back to the Premier League.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move back to the Emirates, to Manchester City and previously to Manchester United, having apparently told Barcelona bosses he is unhappy at the club and wishes to leave.

Fabregas is in Vicente Del Bosque's World Cup squad and with the tournament only 11 days away it is unlikely he is visiting London for a holiday.

It is possible he is in town to thrash out a deal with his former club or meeting officials from another before re-joining the Spanish camp.

Spain kick of their tournament against Holland on June 13 and are hoping to become the first side since Brazil in 1962 to successfully defend their crown.
