ARSENAL have reportedly agreed personal terms with want-away QPR forward Loic Remy.
TERMS ARGEED: Arsenal have reportedly agreed personal terms with QPR striker Loic Remy
Remy had been on Liverpool and Tottenham's radar but it looks like the Gunners have struck an early blow in their attempt to sign the Frenchman.
The reports claim that Arsene Wenger will have to pay QPR a fee of around £10m to secure Remy's services.
The QPR striker spent last season on loan at Newcastle where he bagged 14 goals in 26 appearances for the Toon.
Although Rangers are now back in the Premier League after winning the Championship play-off final against Derby 1-0 last Saturday the Frenchman is keen to leave Loftus Road.
SPOTTED: Remy was seen at the Emirates watching Arsenal's victory over West Brom earlier this month
Back in April Remy said that he would be open to a move away from Rovers and that he wants to play for a big club who are competing at the highest level.
He said: "I want to join a great European club, to play at the highest level."
To add further fuel to the fire the 27-year-old was spotted at Arsenal's game against West Brom back at the start of this month fuelling speculation that France striker was keen on a move to the north London club.
Arsene Wenger is keen to bolster his attacking options this summer as the club currently only have two strikers, Olivier Giroud and Yaya Sanogo. So addition of Remy Arsenal's squad would be a welcome one.
