Annan Athletic 3 : 5 Stirling Albion - White too hot for Stirling

Jordan White scored a hat-trick as Stirling sailed into the Scottish League One play-off final with an 8-4 aggregate victory against Annan.

Leading 3-1 from the first leg, Greig McDonald's men quickly set about putting the tie to bed early on and David McClune extended their advantage after only eight minutes with a sweet right-foot finish from inside the area. White tapped in from close range midway through the first half to give Stirling a four-goal cushion overall.

Martin McNiff's header and Alistair Love's strike either side of half-time levelled things up at 2-2 on the day.

But McNiff was then sent off for a second bookable offence and Craig Comrie's low finish after 56 minutes quickly saw the visitors regain the lead before White completed his hat-trick with a tidy finish in the 79th minute and a superb long-range effort four minutes later.

However, Annan had the last say as Scott Davidson's consolation goal made it 5-3 on the day in injury time.
