Steven Bell's late goal gave Stranraer the advantage in the Scottish League One play-off semi-final first leg, earning a 2-1 win over Dunfermline.

The Blues had the perfect start as they went ahead in the 12th minute, Martin Grehan converting Jamie Longworth's centre from close range.

Despite continuing to dominate, the hosts were pegged back when Faissal El Bakhtaoui finished high into the centre of the goal four minutes before the break.

But the Pars were reduced to 10 men in the 84th minute when Jonathan Page picked up two yellows in the space of two minutes and Bell made them pay as he got on the end of Andrew Stirling's free-kick in the 88th minute.
