Stenhousemuir 1 : 2 Airdrie United - Diamonds halt Warriors' charge

Airdrie stretched their unbeaten run to seven matches and inflicted a second successive defeat on promotion-chasing Stenhousemuir with a 2-1 victory at Ochilview Park.
The Diamonds went in front in the 28th minute and it came from an unlikely source, Scott Stewart stroking the ball home with his right boot for his first professional goal.
The visitors doubled their lead on 63 minutes when Craig Barr headed home but Sean Dickson pegged them back just 60 seconds later with a left-footed strike.
Stenhousemuir pushed hard for an equaliser in the closing stages but Airdrie held on to record a rare away victory which the home side a point outside of the play-offs with just two games left to play.
