Raith vs Cowdenbeath preview - No Hill for Rovers

Raith are without defender Dougie Hill for a second game running due to suspension as they host Cowdenbeath in a Fife Derby.

Manager Grant Murray will name his team after fitness tests are carried out on Joe Cardle and Kevin Moon with Reece Donaldson back in the running for a place after a ban.

Murray said: "We have to be wary as we are not mathematically safe yet. Cowdenbeath will be up for winning and scoring a few goals to set up a nervous final Saturday.

"We have to go about our jobs properly to ensure that we get what we need to see us over the finishing line."

Cowdenbeath's only doubt for their must-win game in Kirkcaldy is midfielder Sammy Stewart, who has picked up an ankle knock.

The Blue Brazil have to win to catch Raith and hope that Dundee take at least a point at Alloa to keep their chances of escaping the relegation play-off's alive.

Manager Jimmy Nicholl said: "We have to get a good result and we have a chance if we show the form we showed against Livingston last Saturday. Scoring four goals and keeping a clean sheet gave us a huge lift and sets us up nicely for Raith Rovers.

"We know that we have to win - it is as simple as that."
