The Bianconeri now sit eight points clear of Roma with just six games remaining but the boss insists the title race is far from over
Juventus coach Antonio Conte is adamant that his side still have a lot of work to do before they can relax, insisting the league isn't over just yet.
The Old Lady sit eight points clear of second-placed Roma with just six games remaining following their 2-0 victory over Livorno on Monday.
But Conte insists the title race is far from over.
"It is absolutely not over," he told Sky Sport Italia.
"This has been a fascinating season with two teams breaking records and doing extraordinary things. People should give credit to Juventus and Roma, but there are six games to go and you all know what I think about it.
"Nothing has been concluded and we must keep going like this."
The 44-year-old turned his attention to the second-leg of his side's Europa League quarter-final clash against Lyon, which they head into with a 1-0 lead from the first meeting in France.
"We cannot take our foot off the gas, as in three days we play again and we want to get into the semi-finals.
"It would be great to reach the final four, for Italian football as well as for Juve. Lyon have some good players on the counter, so the tie is far from over.
"I hope the stadium will be packed and that the fans make their voices heard to push these lads forward. We need the crowd worthy of a big occasion for this final strait. In recent years we won also thanks to them and I hope it’ll continue that way."
