Petr Cech has footballs and tennis balls flying at him in 'ultimate' goalkeeping drill

Petr Cech is once again enjoying a brilliant season for Chelsea and though he derives much of his power from his magical scrum cap, he also puts in work to stay on top. And the Sky Sports cameras caught one drill he does in training that will even make Roger Federer tremble in fear.

In the drill, Cech has footballs kicked at him from both sides with longtime Christophe Lollichon wacking tennis balls at him with a racquet in the middle. Cech alternates between catching the large and small balls in a rapid-fire rotation while Lollichon works on his forehand.

This is how you become the 2013 Czech footballer of the year and the best ball boy Wimbledon has ever seen.
