Livingston striker Andrew Barrowman will miss out against former club Dundee.
Barrowman has a hamstring injury while midfielder Burton O'Brien has been given only a 5-50 chance of playing.
Manager John McGlynn said: "We have done well against Dundee recently however I am sure that they will be very determined to change that.
"We have had a good win over Cowdenbeath and a battling draw with Falkirk in our last two games so we are ready for the challenge."
The Dens Park side have Ryan Conroy available again after injury but his midfield colleague Kevin McBride is a doubt after being ill during the week.
Knee injuries see Stephen O'Donnell and Craig Beattie remain absent with a stomach muscle problem keeping Steven Doris out.
Manager Paul Hartley said: "This is the biggest game of our season as by winning we stay top of the table. Hopefully I will be saying that before every game from now until the end of the season.
"Livingston will be tough opponents but I am pleased with how we bounced back against Morton after losing to Cowdenbeath. A win would be a great result."
