Cowdenbeath 2 : 2 Alloa Athletic - Stewart nets twice in draw

Striker Greg Stewart bagged a brace as struggling Cowdenbeath drew 2-2 with Alloa in the Scottish Championship.
Midfielder Graeme Holmes fired the visitors into a seventh-minute lead before Cowdenbeath responded eight minutes before half-time through Stewart, who found the bottom corner with ease.
Alloa went ahead 14 minutes after the interval when midfielder Ryan McCord converted following a fine pass from striker Andrew Kirk.
Sammy Stewart almost netted the equaliser before his namesake Greg scored his second in the 73rd minute to help Cowdenbeath claim a point, which moves them three adrift of third-bottom Raith Rovers.
