Stranraer 3 : 1 Dunfermline - McKenna has Pars in a trance
Posted Sunday, March 02, 2014 by PA
David McKenna netted a brace as Stranraer recorded a 3-1 win over Dunfermline.
The Blues went ahead in the seventh minute when Martin Grehan fired in from the penalty spot after he was fouled in the box by Callum Morris.
The Pars almost equalised three minutes later when Stephen Husband tried his luck from range, but his powerful effort clattered the bar.
McKenna doubled his side's lead in the 39th minute when he swept the ball past Dunfermline goalkeeper Ryan Scully.
McKenna then added his second in the 73rd minute before Danny Grainger pulled one back from the spot after Andrew Stirling had fouled Alex Whittle.
