Alloa Athletic vs Livingston preview - Bain back for Alloa

Scott Bain is included in Alloa's squad for the visit of Livingston.

The goalkeeper has shaken off a foot injury he sustained when saving a penalty against Dumbarton last Saturday.

Ryan McCord is suspended and the Wasps are also without the injured Willie Robertson (toe) and Jason Marr (thigh).

Manager Barry Smith said: "I watched Livingston against Dumbarton recently and they are a good side going forward.

"They are also very fluid and can play in a number of different formations and that makes them difficult to prepare for.

"I have seen enough in my two weeks here to be confident about this game and the rest of the season."

Livingston manager John McGlynn will be without a hat-trick of attacking players at Recreation Park.

Recent signing Michal Habai is suspended and injuries have ruled out Marc McNulty (wrist) and Mark Burchill (ankle).

The Lions' frontline could be blunted even further as Andrew Barrowman is a major doubt with a toe problem.

McGlynn said: "Even if Andrew makes it I will need to shuffle the pack as we are a bit light up front.

"Barry Smith will be out to get his first league win in charge so we have to ready to meet a side determined to get that for him"
