Roberto Moreno, the lawyer for the company DIS, which owned 40% of Neymar's rights, has said that Barca tried to silence him in exchange for €4m.

"It's a fact that Barcelona wanted to seal the deal to protect Neymar. They offered me four million. I spoke to Andrés Cury, who works for the Catalan giants," Moreno told La Xarxa.

The lawyer also revealed that the company DIS has launched "legal proceedings against Barça, Neymar, Santos and Wagner Ribeiro. We filed in Brazil and it will now be passed on to Spain's justice authorities. He does not however, want to file a lawsuit against Rosell, although Moreno said it was "strange" that he should resign: "If he didn't have a problem, why?"

The lawyer reiterated that they want 40% of the deal, and that he feels "thoroughly cheated by Neymar and his father."
