British beauty Cheryl Cole has been sharing plenty of snaps of her beautiful vacation in South Africa with her followers on Instagram. Those who are hoping to find out how to get her bikini body can look to trainer Tracy Anderson who has revealed that her aim was to make Chez "more balanced and feminine".
Ever since Cheryl Cole graced our TV screens back in 2003, we've been super envious of her beautiful figure, but until now we've never known the brunette's fitness secrets.
The Geordie singer has a petite frame but advisor to the stars and Chezza's personal trainer, Tracy Anderson has revealed to New! magazine that their aim was to get the former Girls Aloud star, who has faced criticism in the past for looking too thin, more physically "balanced".

Tracy told new!: "She's been a client for years. She's a beautiful girl and so talented. She wanted to be smart with her body, and to look balanced and feminine and in touch with her body. "
The gym guru then added: "She really didn't have much to transform. She's a beautiful girl."
Having the perfect bod doesn't come easily though and Tracy isn't one to let her clientele slack off just because they are rich and famous.
Tracy explained: "She did my method, which consists of up to 13 different movements and sequences that change every ten days. They are customised to every person. Cheryl does the muscle and structure work and then she does the cardio."
