Hamilton FC 1 : 0 Greenock Morton - Accies claim welcome home win

Hamilton ended a winless run of four Championship games with a welcome 1-0 victory over Morton.

The only goal arrived when the well-travelled French forward Mickael Antoine-Curier met James Keatings' cross in the 25th minute to break the deadlock and give Hamilton a boost in their promotion push with his fourth goal of the season.

Morton, who remain rock-bottom of the division, saw Hamilton goalkeeper Blair Currie deny Barrie McKay before Jake Nicholson's header was inches away from levelling things up.

Alister Crawford and Grant Gillespie were booked for unsporting behaviour as Hamilton hung on for three points - their first on home soil since October 26.
