Livorno vs Udinese preview - Lazzari demands response

Andrea Lazzari has demanded an immediate response from his Udinese team-mates when they visit Livorno after last weekend's defeat to Torino.
The Udinese midfielder believes his side can bounce back from its 2-0 setback at home to Toro - its first loss against the Granata at the Friuli stadium in 20 years - by putting in a positive performance at Livorno on Saturday.
"We expected more from our game against Torino," Lazzari said. "We have limitations that we have to work on and try to improve.
"We need to react in Leghorn."
Lazzari knows the importance of taking maximum points in the last game before the winter break.
Udinese have mustered just one win in their last six league games and their poor run of form has seen them drop to 15th place, four points clear of Livorno, who are in the relegation zone.
"We need to try to end the year in the best possible way," Lazzari said. "We will go to Livorno determined to bring home three points and climb up in the standings."
Udinese, who have won just once on the road this season, can expect a battle at the Armando Picchi stadium with Livorno also in desperate need of points.
Last weekend's 2-0 defeat at Lazio was the Amaranto's fourth loss in five games and piled further pressure on coach Davide Nicola.
Livorno are 18th in the standings, one point behind Sassuolo, who hold the last safety position.
"I believe in my team," Nicola said. "We are not giving up.
"Our aim is to defend our Serie A status and we will fight until the end to achieve this."
Udinese coach Francesco Guidolin welcomes back defender Maurizio Domizzi from suspension while striker Luis Muriel is still out injured.
The hosts are without midfielder Alfred Duncan, who serves a one-match ban.
