FC Barcelona manager 'Tata' Martino spoke at a press conference about the barbecue lunch celebrated last Monday with the team, the news of which was broadcast all around the world. "I see our lunch was a big deal, but to me it wasn't. We had a good time, it was nice. I didn't see the bill, I didn't pay. The idea was everybody's", he said.

"I find myself working in one of the most important clubs there is. There is always a lot of media buzz, everything comes out. You eat a steak and it's news in India. You have to live with it, I can't change the way things are. I try to do the best I can. I don't live here, and when I decide to leave, I'll leave. Maybe you all want to stay here forever, but I'll go home, which is far away", he said to the journalists present.

He also spoke about 'La Pulga': "Messi needs to feel loved, but it's not just about money". Martino asked for more support for the Argentine superstar. "Messi needs to feel confortable and loved, and so for me it's not just about money. I take no part and don't want to take part in the goings on regarding the players' contracts", he declared.

Deulofeu's great form with Everton these last few weeks has not gone unnoticed. 'El Tata' said that his transfer was a decision made by the club when he was not yet manager. And he likes the look of the player: "He seems like a good player. There has been no decision made regarding the future."
