Dundee 2 : 0 Raith Rovers - Dundee keep pressure on Hamilton

Craig Wighton's first goal of the season capped off a 2-0 win over 10-man Raith.

Dundee were looking to bounce back from their first defeat in five at the hands of Livingston last weekend and they made the perfect start when Ryan Conroy's free-kick found the bottom corner in the 28th minute to break the deadlock.

And just two minutes later Raith were a man down after Callum Booth's second yellow card for a foul on Nicky Riley.

The 10 men battled on until Wighton put the game to bed four minutes after the break when he nodded in Riley's pass.

Calum Elliot forced Kyle Letheren into a save with 20 minutes to go but Raith failed to muster a comeback.
