Chelsea vs West Brom preview

Last season: Chelsea 1 West Brom 0, West Brom 2 Chelsea 1
Chelsea's six-match winning run in all competitions came to a disappointing end when they lost 2-0 at Newcastle in the Premier League but the Blues did bounce back to form with a convincing 3-0 Champions League triumph over Schalke in midweek.
West Brom's only defeat in their last seven league games came at Liverpool a fortnight ago but the Baggies put that set-back behind them when recording a clinical 2-0 home win over struggling Crystal Palace, with Saido Berahino scoring for the sixth time this term.
Chelsea have won their last nine encounters with West Brom at Stamford Bridge and it's hard to see them not extending that sequence to double figures, with Samuel Eto'o taken to build on Wednesday night's European brace by netting first in a 2-0 success for the Blues.
