Hamilton FC vs Livingston preview - Banned Neil sits out Lions visit

Hamilton player/manager Alex Neil will miss out against Livingston at New Douglas Park.

Neil must serve a one-match suspension following his red card against Alloa last Saturday.

Lee Kilday is a doubt for the league leaders while Jonathan Routledge is already ruled out due to a knee problem.

Neil said: "Livingston are coming here with increased confidence after a good run under their new manager. They have a good squad and will continue to rise up the table. However, this is a game we can win.

"We have been good at home all season and if we keep that going then we will pick up the three points."

Livingston welcome back Jason Talbot from suspension.

But missing for the Lions will be Mike Mumpaya, who has a knee injury.

Manager John McGlynn is looking to build on a good start since he took over last month.

He said: "We are playing the team at the top of the table away from home and that is the hardest fixture you can face. However, we are starting to turn things around here and are playing with a lot more confidence.

"We will go to Hamilton and look to play as well as we can and see what happens."
