Arbroath vs Stenhousemuir preview - Keddie's not ready

Arbroath centre-back Alex Keddie will miss the visit of Stenhousemuir.

Keddie returned to training this week after six weeks out with a back problem but is short of match fitness, while a broken foot continues to keep Ricky Little.

Manager Paul Sheerin is looking for his men to take the positives from last Saturday's game against Rangers into this one.

Sheerin said: "It may sound a bit crazy to say there were plenty of positives when your team has lost 5-1, however there was plenty of good play from us at Ibrox.

"I am looking for us to build on that against a good Stenhousemuir team."

The Warriors include Bryan Hodge in their ranks for the first time this season after an ankle injury.

Ross Brash is also fit but David Rowson remains out with a knee injury.

Manager Martyn Corrigan said: "We defeated Arbroath in the Ramsdens Cup first round on penalties and I am sure that they will be out to even the score.

"They have improved their squad since then so we are in for a tough afternoon. Our game with Ayr last weekend was scrappy and I am looking for better this time out."
