Queen of South 0 : 1 Raith Rovers - Spence on target for Rovers

Greig Spence scored the only goal of the game as Raith beat 10-man Queen of the South 1-0.
Raith dominated in the early stages of the first half and it came as no surprise when they took the lead in the 18th minute when Spence prodded the ball past Doonhamers stopper Calum Antell after good work from midfielder Grant Anderson.
The hosts looked good going forward towards the end of the first period but they were unable to find a way past David McGurn in the Rovers goal who saved from Christopher Higgins and Derek Young.
Queens continued to draw blanks in the second half and their chances of a comeback were ended in the 78th minute when Mark Durnan was shown a straight red card after bringing down Calum Elliot.
