Negredo named Manchester City's player of the month

Álvaro Negredo has hit the ground running at Manchester City. Though he has not yet broken into the starting line-up, the Madrid-born striker is already a firm fans' favourite, as proven by the fact that the City supporters voted him their player of the month for August.
