LUIZ-ING OUT ... Brazilian star David Luiz will set Bayern back a whopping £60million
CHELSEA have told Bayern Munich that David Luiz will cost them £60million.
New Bayern boss Pep Guardiola was keen on adding the versatile Brazilian, 26, to his squad and lined up a £40m package plus £5m in add-ons to tempt Blues.
But Chelsea insisted they did not want to sell and told the European champions: It’s £60m or we’re not interested.
Bayern thought that was way over-priced for Luiz — who cost £21.3m from Benfica in January 2011 — and pulled out of the bidding.
