Spurs land Paulinho but Ade may go

STRIKER Emmanuel Adebayor could be on his way out of Spurs.
The North London club last night clinched the £17million capture of Brazilian midfielder Paulinho from Corinthians.
And now Andre Villas-Boas will switch his attention to his frontline, with Valencia’s Roberto Soldado his top target.
The Spurs boss expects a busy summer and Besiktas are said to be lining up a £5m swoop for Adebayor.
They hope he is tempted by the country’s tiddly 15 per cent tax rate.
The striker, 29, has two years left on his £80,000-a-week deal but looks to be on his way.
Villas-Boas wants the Togo hitman off his wage bill to help him land Soldado.
Tottenham are ready to offer £15m — but the Spaniards want closer to £25m.
Valencia president Amadeo Salvo Lillo said: “We have suffered money problems but not so significantly that we will release players on the cheap.”
Soldado, 28, scored 30 goals in 46 appearances last season.
Tottenham beat off competition from Italian giants Inter to land Paulinho in a club-record deal.
The Samba star, 24, said: “The other interest we got was off Inter but the only offer came from Tottenham.
“It was a big decision to go to a big club.”
