Jose hungry for Hull fire

JOSE MOURINHO is getting emotional after Chelsea landed a first-day clash at home to Hull.
The August 17 opener against the new-boys will be the Special One’s first Premier League game in charge at Stamford Bridge since a goalless draw with Blackburn in September 2007.
And Mourinho is already counting down the days until he comes up against Tigers boss Steve Bruce following the publication of the fixture list.
He said: “It’s an emotional start for both teams but also a very difficult one.
“Starting the season at home is a great way for our supporters to show the players they are ready to get behind the team all the way.
“At the same time, it is also a way for the players to show how much they are motivated and committed.
“I am so happy to start at the Bridge but I know Hull will have that fighting spirit of a team just promoted from the Championship, even if they are now in the Premier League.”
Mourinho, whose second match back as manager will be a blockbusting trip to Manchester United, won all four of his opening league fixtures during his first spell in England.
Hull’s last top-flight season also started at the Bridge, with Didier Drogba scoring both goals in a 2-1 Chelsea win in August 2009.
