Real Madrid's busy schedule
Posted Sunday, June 16, 2013 by Marca.com
Leaving aside the business of appointing a manager, Cristiano Ronaldo's contract renewal and the Bale saga, there are still other matters occupying Real Madrid.
Zidane and Pellegrini locking horns for Isco
Isco is one of the jewels up for grabs this transfer window. Following Pellegrini's unveiling as the manager of Manchester City, he is threatening to take his star pupil with him to England, where, in footballing circles, it is believed that the player has already agreed to the deal.
Chelsea intruding in Cavani signing
In spite of the claims by Napoli forward Edinson Cavani's father, on MARCA TV, that his son had "told the family in private that he wants to play for Real Madrid", Mourinho's Chelsea continues to pursue the Uruguayan player. According to the 'Daily Express', the club would be willing to pay Napoli €52 million for the marksman.
"My future is not tied to Ancelotti's", Verratti insists
The young Italian midfielder spoke to RAI about the Ancelotti situation, although at the same time he detached his own future from that of his manager. "I am aware that Ancelotti wants to leave for Real Madrid, but I am very attached to PSG and I want to stay".
Jesé hasn't renewed his contract yet
Both Zidane and Florentino are keen on Jesé moving up to the first team, though the fact is that, with there being no manager at the moment, Jesé has not yet extended his contract, which runs out in 2014.
Juventus going all out for Higuaín
Carlos Tévez is getting nearer and nearer to AC Milan, and this may well open the door at Juventus for his fellow Argentinian Higuaín. But while there is still no manager at the Bernabéu, there will be no movement.
