Owomoyela suffers injury setback

Patrick Owomoyela could have played his last game for Borussia Dortmund after suffering yet another setback in his attempts to return from injury.
The right-back, who is out of contract in the summer, has confirmed he will miss the rest of the season due to a thigh injury sustained while playing for the second-string in the 3 Liga on Tuesday night.
"The only good news is that I will not require surgery," he told.
The 33-year-old has not featured for the first team since April last year due to a calf injury and a stress fracture in his heel and confirmed last month that talks were yet to begin over any potential new contract.
"At the moment, it looks like the club is no longer planning with me," he told the Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper.
"But it is fair enough that they don't go out of their way for a player who has been out injured for a year and is now 33."
Capped 11 times by Germany, Owomoyela last pulled on his national team's shirt in March 2006.
