Klaas-Jan Huntelaar feels Bayern Munich has become such an attractive destination for top players that the club can buy whatever player it wants.
The Bundesliga champion has already secured the services of Borussia Dortmund star Mario Gotze for next season, while the team is also believed to be sitting in pole position to sign Robert Lewandowski, and Huntelaar has stressed that Bayern is always looking to bring in Bundesliga talent.
"They can buy whoever they want. They are particularly interested in German talents. If you're part of the German national team and you're young, Bayern will be keeping tabs on you," the Schalke striker told Goal.
"Just look at [Manuel] Neuer and Mario Gotze. Bayern buy a lot of players from the Bundesliga, which is the strongest competition at the moment in my opinion."
The striker then went on to discuss the Bundesliga's dominance in the Champions League this term.
"It's fair to say that the Bundesliga is quite strong if you see how Bayern and Dortmund made it to the Champions League final," he said.
"Bayern's success did not come as a surprise to me. I expected Dortmund to have a bit more trouble against Madrid. They grabbed a big lead in the first leg, though."
