Albion Rovers will be managed by Todd Lumsden for the last time as they host title winners Queen of the South.

The Cliftonhill boss has already been advised that his services will not be required next season and he will be without Barry Russell and Tony Stevenson for his final match in charge due to knee problems.

Ankle injuries mean he will be without the services of Mick O'Byrne, Chris Dallas and Steven Howarth.

Lumsden said: "We want to go out of the division with our heads held high after a good performance against the champions.

"The last time we played them here we missed a penalty and a great chance when the game was goalless and Queen's then ran out 3-0 winners.

"I am hoping that if we get chances this time we take them and end the season on a high."

Runaway champions Queen of the South will be without defender Chris Mitchell, who has a groin problem, and midfielder Ian McShane, who underwent hip surgery recently.

The Doonhamers will not be slowing down as they look to add to their already record breaking points tally at Cliftonhill.

"We set a new target last Saturday and now we want to increase it to make it even harder for a team to beat it in the future," player/manager Allan Johnston said.

"Our training this week has been incredibly competitive as everyone wants to play which is terrific.

"We are taking a sizeable support up to Coatbridge and after such a good season we do not want to let them down by not delivering in this game."
