Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain believes if his Arsenal team-mates work together as a team they will have enough to secure a top-four finish.

With eight wins in their last ten matches, the Gunners have overtaken north London rivals Tottenham and sit third in the Premier League table.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has seen it all before, and urged his side to repeat last season's end of season form and clinch a Champions League qualification spot.
"It seems to be the Arsenal way," Chamberlain told Sky Sports News.
"We have to turn it around, we did it last season, and need to do it again.
"We just have to take each game as it comes, work together as a team, and hopefully we will get there."
The England winger has struggled to hold down a starting berth in the Gunners side.
However, with Olivier Giroud now suspended for three games, it may be Oxlade-Chamberlain's time to shine, but he is remaining grounded.
"Just being here, at a club like Arsenal, I am loving every minute of it," he added.
"To be involved with England, playing a few games, that's the motivation I need."
"I am hungry for more."
