Zenit looking at Newcastle defender, says agent

Newcastle full-back Davide Santon's representative says he has been contacted by Zenit St Petersburg over a summer move.
The Italian international, who is in his second season at St James’ Park, has been a virtual ever-present this term - he's started all but one of Newcastle's 31 league fixtures - and he is beginning to fulfil the potential he showed at former club Inter Milan.
Inter's local rivals AC Milan are keen to take him back to Italy but Zenit have emerged as serious contenders for his signature.
Quoted in Izvestia.ru, his agent Renzo Contratto said: "We have spoken several times with Zenit about Santon, but he is focused on the end of the season with Newcastle.
"I do not know what will happen in the summer, but I believe the club will not let him go for less than a certain amount."
