England defender Gary Cahill out of San Marino game

Chelsea center back Gary Cahill has been ruled out of England's World Cup qualifier against San Marino, with Newcastle defender Steven Taylor called up as cover.
Cahill was assessed by England medical staff on Monday, having sustained a knee injury during Chelsea's victory over West Ham on Sunday.
The Blues center back will be reassessed ahead of the Montenegro qualifier next Tuesday, but Taylor will now likely feature against the European minnow on Friday.
Taylor has made 29 appearances for England Under-21s, but has never been capped at senior level.
