Brechin City 2 : 1 Ayr Utd. - McLauchlan brace makes magnificent seven

Gerard McLauchlan scored twice as Brechin stretched their unbeaten run to seven matches with a 2-1 victory over Ayr.
The defender had only previously scored once in 66 appearances for the Hedgemen - also against Ayr back in 2010 - but he trebled the tally in the space of one game with a goal in each half.
He opened the scoring in the 29th minute with a close-range header from Derek Carcary's right-wing corner.
The visitors equalised 11 minutes into the second period as Ewan Moyes turned Michael Moffat's header into his own net.
But City were ahead once more just three minutes later. Paul McLean's free-kick was not cleared and McLauchlan prodded the ball home from six yards out.
David Winters was denied a leveller as his fierce shot from the edge of the area was turned over the crossbar by Michael Andrews in the 76th minute.
