I have a say

Cowdenbeath's Lewis Coult faces a late fitness test ahead of the Fife derby with Dunfermline after he sustained a knock in Saturday's rousing 4-1 win over Falkirk.

The Blue Brazil striker injured a knee, but player-manager Colin Cameron is hoping the 6ft 4in frontman makes it as he has again had to rule out the injured quartet of Craig Moore (knee), Sam Stanton (ankle), Liam Cusack (knee) and Mark Ramsay (ankle).

Cameron said: "Lewis is battered and bruised after the Falkirk game so we have wrapped him in cotton wool and hopefully he will be playing.

"This is a massive game as if we can get another win we will climb the table and the belief that we can have a successful season will grow."

Midfielder Stephen Jordan will miss out on Dunfermline's attempt to climb back into second place after suffering a recurrence of a thigh injury in Saturday's 2-1 win over Hamilton.

Andy Barrowman faces a fitness test on his injured ankle with team-mate Andy Geggan already ruled out with a similar problem.

A win would move the East End Park side to within six points of leaders Morton, but manager Jim Jefferies is taking nothing for granted.

He said: "We are in for a really tough evening as Cowdenbeath will want the points just as much as we do.

"Both of us will go into the game boosted by good wins at the weekend so it will be a tough game."
