Balotelli in cop row over car park

SOCCER bad boy Mario Balotelli was fined after rowing with Italian cops yesterday — just a week after returning to his home country.
The ex-Manchester City striker, 22, infuriated officers after being moved on from a disabled space — and then parking in another one at Milan airport.
Balotelli at first refused to hand over his papers, then showed his UK licence. He had no insurance documents displayed on his Audi’s windscreen.
The AC Milan star was fined £55 but his club said there was “no argument”.
He was hit with nearly £10,000 in parking fines in his first year in Britain.
